- • GST 18 % will be additional on all hotel rates above.
- • Check in 06th October - Check out 11th October 2026.
- • Minimum Length of Stay of 3 Nights at each hotel is mandatory.
- • The check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and the check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- • Above Room rates are of base room category & include buffet breakfast.
- • Above rates are valid only for IMC October 2026, Yashobhoomi.
- • Rooms shall be offered on a 'first come first serve Basis' and 'subject to availability'.

Travel Information for International Participants
1. Climate and Air Quality During the Month of October
New Delhi has a subtropical climate with a very hot season from mid-March to mid-June, and a rainy season from late June to late September, due to the monsoon. October marks the transition from the monsoon to the dry season, and the weather becomes more pleasant and sunny.
2. Electricity (Power Plugs and Sockets)
India uses 230 Volts, 50 Hz alternating current as the power source. The power plugs and outlets used in India are the types C, D, and M plugs. The Type C plug has two round pins. The Type D pins have three round pins arranged in a triangular pattern. The Type M plug also has three round pins arranged in a triangular pattern, just like the Type D plug, but its pins are larger.
3. Currency/Banking
India’s official currency is the Indian Rupee (INR). The exchange rate fluctuates, and it’s advisable to check the current rates before transactions. Credit, debit cards and UPI (Unified Payment Interface) are widely accepted, and you can easily exchange foreign currencies and travellers’ cheques in authorized exchange offices, banks, and hotels, typically requiring a valid passport. However, personal cheques may encounter challenges in acceptance. When navigating through vibrant Indian markets or smaller establishments, having some local cash on hand or some UPI balance is recommended. 5. Airport
Indira Gandhi International Airport (IATA: DEL, ICAO: VIDP) is the primary international airport serving Delhi, the capital of India, and the National Capital Region (NCR). The airport, spread over an area of 5,106 acres (2,066 ha), is situated in Palam, Delhi, 15 km (9.3 mi) southwest of the New Delhi Railway Station and 16 km (9.9 mi) from New Delhi city centre. The airport named after Indira Gandhi (1917–1984), the former Prime Minister of India, it is the busiest airport of India in terms of passenger traffic since 2009. It is also the busiest airport in the country in terms of cargo traffic.
IGI Airport serves as a major hub or a focus destination for several Indian carriers including Air India, Alliance Air, IndiGo, SpiceJet, GoAir, and Vistara. Approximately 80 airlines serve this airport. At present, there are three actively scheduled passenger terminals, as well as a cargo terminal.
Recently, Delhi Airport operator DIAL has introduced an e-boarding facility for passengers at all the three terminals of the airport, by which all boarding gates will have contactless e-boarding gates with boarding card scanners, which will allow passengers to flash their physical or e-boarding cards to verify flight details in order to proceed for security checks.
Domestic and International Operations
Terminal 3 is an integrated terminal used for both international and domestic flights. The Indian carriers operating international flights are Air India, IndiGo, SpiceJet, GoAir, and Vistara.
As far as domestic operations are concerned, Terminal 3 is used by Air India, AirAsia India, Vistara, and select flights of SpiceJet and IndiGo.
GoAir and select flights of IndiGo use Terminal 2 for their domestic operations.
